I’m a New patient, it was a very inviting atmosphere and kind, well organized. Yolanda, Pam and Reem are great! 😊 they explained everything to me. The dr. Is also very good and walked me through the whole process. They also, worked with my insurance company and payments.

I DO NOT recommend this dentist office. Youre there minimum THREE HOURS each time you go. I had a crown done and was in pain afterwards for 6 months and they had no answers. Everytime I had work done, I was never numbed up good enough and was in pain and to top it off their dental assistants do not know what theyre doing. They must be students because I was not being suctioned good and felt like I was being water boarded each time I was there- drowning. It was actual torture. I have had SOO much dental work in my life and never had experiences like I had in this office. I do not normally have an issue, except for here. I also do not think their billing knows what theyre doing. Would have to rebill things and kept getting bills even though my insurance says how much the procedure would cost me and I paid that.

This was my first visit. I thought I was just going in for a routine cleaning. As a new patient, I was told a large number of X-rays were mandatory. The X-ray process took approximately 40 minutes, and several images had to be retaken multiple times. I lost count but I’d estimate no less than 40 X-rays were taken. This resulted in far more X-ray exposure than I was comfortable with. When I questioned it midway through, I was told it was mandatory due to liability and if I wanted the cleaning I’d have to get them done. After the exam, the dentist recommended replacing three existing crowns and suggested an implant where I had teeth removed as a child. When I specifically asked whether there was any decay, fracture, or current problem with the crowns, I was told there was not. The recommendation was based on the possibility that they could develop problems in the future. I’m not sure how I feel about this visit. I feel like the X-rays were excessive and I don’t like that the dentist wanted to do work that was not necessary

I had a great experience at Family Smile Dental Clinic. The staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable during my visit. The dentist explained everything clearly and took good care of me. The clinic is clean, organized, and perfect for families. Prices are fair, and the service is excellent. Highly recommend this pl

My daughter is autistic her name is Alysa she’s 5 ! We came her for her first appointment and it was the best experience ! Yolanda shout out to you !!! You were so great with Alysa :) She was so comfortable with you, I can’t thank you enough for being so great with are kiddo she loved you!!!!
